Our Team

James Hershberger, CPA

James co-founded MJH, LLC in 2014. He graduated, with honors, from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 2005. He has worked in public accounting since 2004. James has extensive experience in corporate and individual income tax planning and preparation. In addition, he has specialized knowledge in the areas of retirement planning and estate planning.

Melissa Hershberger, CPA

Melissa co-founded MJH, LLC in 2014. She graduated, with honors, from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Accounting in 2006. She has worked in public accounting since 2005. Melissa has extensive knowledge of the payroll and sales tax laws in multiple jurisdictions. Additionally, she excels at bookkeeping and client training. She has expertise with QuickBooks, Xero and Peachtree accounting software.

Samantha Gealy

Samantha graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 2016. She has worked in public accounting since 2015. Samantha has expertise with payroll, bookkeeping, and QuickBooks.
